Faulkner Export Packaging is the technology division of P. Faulkner & Sons Ltd, Ireland's oldest packaging company, which was founded in 1860. The company still remains in the ownership of the founding family. The general packaging division Discountpackaging.ie is still Ireland's largest packaging company.
Today, Faulkner Export Packaging is dedicated to
the manufacture and distribution of ESD flexible packaging
products, with a capacity to produce over 4 million customised
antistatic bags every week.
Employing a technically skilled work force,
operating from a new 50,000 sq. ft. plant in Dublin, Faulkner
Export Packaging is now the most advanced and vertically
integrated producer of antistatic packaging in Europe.
Quality Control
Quality is an integral and guaranteed component
of Faulkner Export Packaging. Our production programmed is
designed to coincide with the high tech applications of our
international corporate customers.
Quality Assurance
All operations are certified to the highest
Quality standard including rigorous incoming, in-process and finished
product inspection procedures.
We have a comprehensive range of complex test
equipment to establish empirical records of our product quality.
We continually invest in new equipment and technology, keeping
Faulkner Export Packaging at the cutting edge of antistatic
packaging in Europe. Faulkner also enjoy " Ship to
Stock" status under a just in time regime with many of the
world's leading companies.
You, Us and the Environment
We have a genuine commitment to the environment
and have in place recycling operations for both paper and plastic
waste from our own production. We are members of the REPAK scheme
and fully meet our obligations as a manufacturer and supplier. If
